Lumank Home Rehabilitation Grant Program (HRGP)
Lumank is accepting applications for our Home Rehabilitation Grant Program (HRGP), supported by the Washington State Department of Commerce.
The program is designed to help income-qualified Washington homeowners make necessary repairs and improvements to their homes. Depending on the property and household needs, eligible work may include health and safety repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, weatherization, energy-efficiency improvements, and other qualified home rehabilitation work.
Adult Family Homes may also be eligible when the adult family permanently resides in the home and is the only household living in the property.
Funding is limited, and all applications are subject to program eligibility requirements, income verification, property qualification, and available funding.
